Once you have read and acknowledged the information and disclaimer below, you may search the site by a specific offender’s name; obtain a listing of offenders by various combinations such as county, city, crime, appearance, etc.; or obtain a listing of offenders within a specified Oklahoma zip code or within a defined radius of an address.lists sex offenders designated: a Level 3 offender under ORS 181.800; a predatory sex offender under ORS 181.585; or a sexually violent dangerous offender under ORS 144.635.Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 181.835-837 authorize the Oregon State Police (OSP) to release information about registered sex offenders to the public.Following Jacob's abduction, his mother, Patty, was appointed to a Governor's Task Force and became a strong voice for missing children.As a result of her efforts, Congress passed the first federal law in 1994 dealing with sex offender registration, known as the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act.The information that can be provided is listed in Wyoming Statute 7-19-303(c)(iii).That information is currently available on the Wyoming Sex Offender Registry public website.ORS 181.835 (2)(a) authorizes the OSP to post certain sex offenders on a public website.In addition, the information on this website refers only to sex offenses defined under ORS 181.805(5) and does not reflect the entire criminal history of a particular individual. OSP has not considered or assessed the specific risk of any convicted sex offender.There are two features available by subscription on the Wyoming Sex Offender Registry public website.You can sign up to track a specific offender by clicking on the link “Register to Track this Offender” on the offender’s home page.
